HUMAN TISSUE AMENDMENT ACT 2024 (NO. 11 OF 2024) - SECT 16
Section 31 amended (Disclosure of information)
Section 31(4)(c) of the Principal Act is amended by inserting ", or, if that
person is deceased, the consent of that person’s next of kin" after
"relates" .
