Section 2 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting "other appeal." from the definition of sequence of appeals and substituting "other appeal;" ;

(b) by inserting the following definition after the definition of sequence of appeals :

Tribunal means the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
