JUSTICE AND RELATED LEGISLATION MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS ACT 2023 (NO. 5 OF 2023) - SECT 18

Section 3 amended (Interpretation)

Section 3(1) of the Principal Act is amended by omitting " section 1 of the Criminal Code " from the definition of sexual intercourse and substituting "section 2B of the Criminal Code " .
