LOCAL GOVERNMENT AMENDMENT (CODE OF CONDUCT) ACT 2023 (NO. 23 OF 2023) - SECT 26
Section 28ZG amended (When hearing is to be held)
Section 28ZG of the Principal Act is amended as follows: (a) by omitting from
subsection (1) "Code of Conduct Panel" and substituting "investigating Panel
for a code of conduct complaint" ;
(b) by omitting from subsection (1) "a code
of conduct" and substituting "the" ;
(c) by omitting from subsection (2) "Code
of Conduct Panel" and substituting "investigating Panel for a code of conduct
complaint" ;
(d) by omitting from subsection (2) "a code of conduct" and
substituting "the" ;
(e) by omitting from subsection (3) "Code of Conduct
Panel" and substituting "investigating Panel for a code of conduct complaint"
;
(f) by omitting from subsection (4) "Code of Conduct Panel" and substituting
"investigating Panel for a code of conduct complaint" .
