LOCAL GOVERNMENT AMENDMENT (CODE OF CONDUCT) ACT 2023 (NO. 23 OF 2023) - SECT 28
Section 28ZI amended (Determination of code of conduct complaint)
Section 28ZI of the Principal Act is amended as follows: (a) by omitting from
subsection (1) "Code of Conduct Panel" and substituting "investigating Panel
for the complaint" ;
(b) by omitting from subsection (2) "Code of Conduct
Panel" and substituting "investigating Panel for the complaint" ;
(c) by
omitting from subsection (3) "Code of Conduct Panel" and substituting
"investigating Panel for the complaint" .
