Section 41 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsection (2A) and substituting the following subsection:(2A) The Commissioner, by written notice served on the licensee, may suspend a liquor licence for such period not exceeding 3 months as the Commissioner considers appropriate if reasonably satisfied that (a) the licensee is not, or is no longer, a fit and proper person to be a licensee; or(b) an associate of the licensee who is a natural person with any influence in the management of the business carried on under the licence is not, or is no longer, a fit and proper person to be an associate of a licensee.
