LIVING MARINE RESOURCES MANAGEMENT AMENDMENT ACT 1997 (NO. 45 OF 1997) - SECT 15

Section 68 amended (Processing fish)

Section 68(3) of the Principal Act is amended by omitting the penalty and substituting the following penalty:
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 500 penalty units or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years, or both.
