Section 77 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from subsection (2) "or a corporation" and substituting ", a corporation or a trustee" ;

(b) by inserting the following subsection after subsection (2) :

(2A)  Subsection (2) does not apply in respect of a marine farming licence held by a partnership, corporation or trustee.
