LIVING MARINE RESOURCES MANAGEMENT AMENDMENT ACT 1997 (NO. 45 OF 1997) - SECT 33

Section 174 amended (Entry and inspection of land and premises)

Section 174 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:
(a) by inserting in subsection (1)(e) "under this Act or a corresponding law" after "kept" ;
(b) by inserting in subsection (2)(a) "or a corresponding law" after "Act" ;
(c) by inserting in subsection (2)(b) "or a corresponding law" after "Act" .
