LIVING MARINE RESOURCES MANAGEMENT AMENDMENT ACT 1997 (NO. 45 OF 1997) - SECT 5

Section 4 amended (Meaning of fish)

Section 4(2) of the Principal Act is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting from paragraph (e) "sea-cumbers" and substituting "sea-cucumbers" ;
(b) by omitting from paragraph (i) "centophores" and substituting "ctenophores" .
