LEGAL PROFESSION AMENDMENT ACT 2001 (NO. 2 OF 2001) - SECT 23

Section 132 amended (Itemized bill of costs)

Section 132 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection (1) the following subsection:

(1A) A client is to make a written request referred to in subsection (1) within 30 days after receipt of the bill of costs.
