Section 115 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:

(a) by inserting in subsection (1) ", or to impose terms or conditions on the acceptance of a claim," after "claim" ;

(b) by omitting from subsection (2) "of the rejection of a claim under section 114 ," and substituting "under section 114(4) ," ;

(c) by inserting in subsection (3)(a) ", or to impose terms or conditions on the acceptance of the claim," after "claim" .
