Section 53(7) of the Principal Act is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting "unless" and substituting "until" ;

(b) by omitting from paragraph (b) "permit." and substituting "permit; or" ;

(c) by inserting the following paragraph after paragraph (b) :

(c) it is cancelled under section 65G .
