LAND USE PLANNING AND APPROVALS AMENDMENT (STREAMLINING OF PROCESS) ACT 2014 (NO. 24 OF 2014) - SECT 10

Section 16 amended (Power of Minister to dispense with certain requirements)

Section 16 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting before subsection (1) the following subsection:

(1AA) In this section –
planning directive does not include an interim planning directive.
