LAND USE PLANNING AND APPROVALS AMENDMENT (TASMANIAN PLANNING SCHEME) ACT 2015 (NO. 47 OF 2015) - SECT 43
Section 80M amended (Authorised versions)
Section 80M of the Principal Act is amended as follows: (a) by inserting in
subsection (1) "the Tasmanian Planning Scheme," after "is the authorised
version of" ;
(b) by inserting in subsection (1) "the Tasmanian Planning
Scheme, or" after "Act, the authorised version of" ;
(c) by inserting in
subsection (2) "the Tasmanian Planning Scheme," after "of" ;
(d) by inserting
in subsection (2) "the Tasmanian Planning Scheme," after "purposes," .
