MOTOR ACCIDENTS (LIABILITIES AND COMPENSATION) AMENDMENT ACT 1997 (NO. 49 OF 1997) - SECT 10
Section 16 amended (Special provisions as to unidentified vehicles, &c.)
Section 16(2) of the Principal Act is amended by inserting "motor" before
"accident" , twice occurring.
