MOTOR ACCIDENTS (LIABILITIES AND COMPENSATION) AMENDMENT ACT 1997 (NO. 49 OF 1997) - SECT 19
Section 32 amended (Effect of payment of premiums)
Section 32 of the Principal Act is amended as follows: (a) by omitting "as
prescribed," from subsection (2) and substituting "in the manner prescribed,"
;
(b) by omitting "may, as prescribed," from subsection (3) and substituting
"calculated as determined by the Board may, in the manner prescribed," .
