MOTOR ACCIDENTS (LIABILITIES AND COMPENSATION) AMENDMENT ACT 1997 (NO. 49 OF 1997) - SECT 21
Section 34 amended (Regulations)
Section 34 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection (2)
the following subsection: (3) The regulations may authorise any matter
to be from time to time determined, applied or regulated by the Board.
