MAGISTRATES COURT AMENDMENT ACT 2003 (NO. 5 OF 2003) - SECT 5

Section 8 amended (Qualification for appointment)

Section 8 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection (2) the following subsection:

(3) Subsection (2) does not apply to a person who is otherwise eligible for appointment as a temporary magistrate.
