MAGISTRATES COURT (CRIMINAL AND GENERAL DIVISION) (CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) ACT 2019 (NO. 44 OF 2019) - SECT 36

Section 13C amended (Limited liability of affected person for instigating, &c., breach of protection order)

Section 13C(1) of the Principal Act is amended by omitting " section 73 of the Justices Act 1959 ," and substituting "section 94 of the Magistrates Court (Criminal and General Division) Act 2019 ," .
