MENTAL HEALTH AMENDMENT ACT 2023 (NO. 4 OF 2023) - SECT 112
Section 109 amended (Authorisation of persons)
Section 109(1) of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "CFP" and
substituting "Chief Psychiatrist" .
