MENTAL HEALTH AMENDMENT ACT 2023 (NO. 4 OF 2023) - SECT 120
Section 118 amended (Court may proceed in absence of forensic patient, &c.)
Section 118 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "CFP" and substituting
"Chief Psychiatrist" .
