MENTAL HEALTH AMENDMENT ACT 2023 (NO. 4 OF 2023) - SECT 95
Section 80 amended (Victims to be notified of leave of absence of patient)
Section 80(2)(b) of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "CFP" and
substituting "Chief Psychiatrist" .
