Section 27 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:(a) by omitting from subsection (1) "a committee of assessors must provide the Council with" and substituting "an assessment committee is to give the Council" ;(b) by omitting from subsection (1)(a) "subject to" and substituting "on" ;(c) by omitting from subsection (1)(b) "Committee" and substituting "committee" ;(d) by omitting from subsection (1)(b) "subject to" and substituting "on" ;(e) by omitting from subsection (2) "a committee of assessors must provide the Council with" and substituting "an assessment committee is to give the Council" ;(f) by inserting the following subsection after subsection (2) :(2A) If an assessment committee considers that an applicant is not entitled to be granted the practising registration that he or she has applied for but may be entitled to be granted practising registration of another kind, the committee may include appropriate recommendations to that effect in its report to the Council.
