MINING (STRATEGIC PROSPECTIVITY ZONES) AMENDMENT ACT 2002 (NO. 38 OF 2002) - SECT 9

Section 11 substituted

Section 11 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section is substituted:

11.   Application of Part 7 of Mineral Resources Development Act 1995

Part 7 of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1995 applies to a claim for compensation under section 10 .
