MINERAL RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT ACT 2001 (NO. 74 OF 2001) - SECT 22

Section 83 amended (Area of land comprised in mining lease)

Section 83(3) of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraph:
(b) is the subject of an application for a mineral tenement for the mineral to which the application relates.
