MINERAL RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT ACT 2001 (NO. 74 OF 2001) - SECT 28

Section 103 amended (Recovery and collection of royalty)

Section 103 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting from subsection (2) "3" and substituting "5" ;
(b) by omitting subsection (3) .
