MINERAL RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT ACT 2001 (NO. 74 OF 2001) - SECT 5

Section 5 amended (Application of Act)

Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection (8) the following subsection:

(9) This Act applies to reserved land within the meaning of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1970 .
