MINERAL RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT ACT 2017 (NO. 44 OF 2017) - SECT 35
Section 87 amended (Returns)
Section 87 of the Principal Act is amended as follows: (a) by omitting from
subsection (1) "licensee" and substituting "lessee" ;
(b) by inserting in
subsection (3)(c) ", in the reporting guidelines" after "form" .
