NORTH WEST MATERNITY (EMPLOYEE ENTITLEMENTS) ACT 2023 (NO. 24 OF 2023) - SECT 11
Application of State Service Act 2000
On the employee transfer date for a transferred employee – (a) the
State Service Act 2000 applies to the transferred employee; and
(b) the
transferred employee is taken to be a State Service employee of the
Department.
