ON-DEMAND PASSENGER TRANSPORT SERVICES INDUSTRY (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 2020 (NO. 28 OF 2020) - SECT 31
Section 18 amended (New owner-operator taxi licence to be made available in place of surrendered perpetual taxi licence)
Section 18(3) of the Principal Act is amended by inserting "for the year in
which the tender is accepted" after "that licence" .
