ON-DEMAND PASSENGER TRANSPORT SERVICES INDUSTRY (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 2020 (NO. 28 OF 2020) - SECT 39

Section 37 amended (New owner-operator taxi licence to be made available in place of surrendered or cancelled owner-operator taxi licence)

Section 37 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:
(a) by inserting in subsection (3) "for the year in which the tender is accepted" after "that licence" ;
(b) by omitting from subsection (4) "his or her" and substituting "the person’s" .
