PUBLIC HEALTH AMENDMENT ACT 2000 (NO. 90 OF 2000) - SECT 6

Section 11 amended (Appointment of officers)

Section 11 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting "approved" from subsection (1)(a);
(b) by omitting from subsection (2)(a) "registered as" and substituting "registered" .
