Clauses 1(3) , (4) and (5) , 2(1) , 5(3)(c) , 7 , 9 and 10(1)(a) , (b) , (c) and (e) of Schedule 1 do not apply to any law enforcement information kept or made by a law enforcement agency if it considers that non-compliance is reasonably necessary –

(a) for the purpose of any of its functions or activities; or

(b) for the enforcement of laws relating to the confiscation of the proceeds of crime; or

(c) in connection with the conduct of proceedings in any court or tribunal.
