POWERS OF ATTORNEY AMENDMENT ACT 2008 (NO. 14 OF 2008) - SECT 13

Section 32 amended (Duties of attorney under enduring power of attorney)

Section 32 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting from subsection (2) "Subject to subsection (3) , an" and substituting "An" ;
(b) by omitting subsection (3) .
