RACING AMENDMENT ACT 1997 (NO. 58 OF 1997) - SECT 46

Schedule 1 amended (Further Provisions relating to membership of Authority, Councils and Board)

Clause 8(2) of Schedule 1 to the Principal Act is amended as follows:
(a) by inserting "or election" after "appointment" ;
(b) by inserting "or elected" after "appointed" .
