(1) A regulatory panel is established for each code of racing as follows:(a) the Thoroughbred Racing Regulatory Panel;(b) the Harness Racing Regulatory Panel;(c) the Greyhound Racing Regulatory Panel.(2) Each regulatory panel (a) is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and(b) may sue and be sued in its corporate name; and(c) may have a common seal.(3) If a regulatory panel has a common seal (a) it is to be kept and used as authorised by that regulatory panel; and(b) all courts and persons acting judicially must take judicial notice of the imprint of that seal on a document and presume that it was duly sealed by that regulatory panel.
