(1)  A regulatory panel is established for each code of racing as follows:

(a) the Thoroughbred Racing Regulatory Panel;

(b) the Harness Racing Regulatory Panel;

(c) the Greyhound Racing Regulatory Panel.

(2)  Each regulatory panel –

(a) is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and

(b) may sue and be sued in its corporate name; and

(c) may have a common seal.

(3)  If a regulatory panel has a common seal –

(a) it is to be kept and used as authorised by that regulatory panel; and

(b) all courts and persons acting judicially must take judicial notice of the imprint of that seal on a document and presume that it was duly sealed by that regulatory panel.
