RAIL SAFETY ACT 2009 (NO. 64 OF 2009) - SECT 182

Section 3 amended (Interpretation)

Section 3(1) of the Principal Act is amended by omitting " Rail Safety Act 1997 " from paragraph (b) of the definition of rail infrastructure and related assets and substituting " Rail Safety Act 2009 " .
