TRAFFIC AMENDMENT ACT 2016 (NO. 45 OF 2016) - SECT 4
Section 43G amended (Notice of demand)
Section 43G of the Principal Act is amended as follows: (a) by inserting in
subsection (1) "or an authorised officer" after "A police officer" ;
(b) by
omitting from subsection (1) "police" second occurring;
(c) by inserting in
subsection (2)(c) ", or an authorised officer" after "officer" .
