TAXATION AND RELATED LEGISLATION (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 2006 (NO. 3 OF 2006) - SECT 2
Commencement
(1) This Act, except as specified in subsections (2) and (3) ,
commences on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
(2) Part 3 commences on 1 July 2007.
(3) Part 6 is taken to have commenced on 1 July 2005.
