TRAFFIC AND RELATED LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2018 (NO. 32 OF 2018) - SECT 4

Section 31 amended (Obstructions for prohibition or restriction of vehicular traffic)

Section 31 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsections (4) , (5) , (6) and (7) and substituting the following subsection:

(4) This section does not apply to the installation of a road hump within the meaning of section 49A of the Traffic Act 1925 .
