TRUSTEE COMPANIES AMENDMENT ACT 2000 (NO. 22 OF 2000) - SECT 6

Section 18A amended (Management charge in respect of charitable trusts, &c.)

Section 18A(1) of the Principal Act is amended by inserting "and in addition to any GST payable in respect of its services" after "administers the trust" .
