TAXATION LEGISLATION (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 2006 (NO. 40 OF 2006) - SECT 14

Section 217 amended (Duty payable in certain circumstances)

Section 217(2)(a) of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "private purposes" and substituting "any purpose other than a purpose referred to in section 214(1) " .
