Section 9 amended (What is dutiable property?)

Section 9(1)(j)(v) of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "vehicle;" and substituting "vehicle that is not exempted from motor tax under the Vehicle and Traffic Act 1999 or the Transport Act 1981 ;" .
