The Racing and Gaming Regulations 1976 are amended as follows:

(a) by rescinding regulations 50, 114C, 114E, 122H and 122HA;

(b) by omitting paragraphs (a) and (b) of regulation 122P and substituting the following paragraph:

(a) 14.5% to be paid to the Company;

(c) by omitting subregulations (4) and (5) of regulation 122R.
