VEHICLE AND TRAFFIC AMENDMENT (VEHICLE STANDARDS) ACT 2001 (NO. 22 OF 2001) - SECT 9

Taxi and Luxury Hire Car Industries Act 1995 amended

Section 25 of the Taxi and Luxury Hire Car Industries Act 1995 is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting from subsection (1)(b)(ii) " Traffic Act 1925 " and substituting " Vehicle and Traffic Act 1999 ";
(b) by omitting from subsection (3) " Traffic Act 1925 " and substituting " Vehicle and Traffic Act 1999 ".
