Section 206 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from subsection (1) "comply with the requirements of clause 6A of Schedule 3 " and substituting "conform to the prescribed requirements, if any" ;

(b) by omitting from subsection (2) "to give effect to" second occurring.
