WORKERS REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION AMENDMENT (MISCELLANEOUS) ACT 2004 (NO. 65 OF 2004) - SECT 14

Section 67 amended (Amount of compensation in case of death)

Section 67 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection (5) the following subsection:

(6) A claim for a lump sum under this section is to be made in accordance with section 34 .
