WORKERS REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION AMENDMENT (MISCELLANEOUS) ACT 2004 (NO. 65 OF 2004) - SECT 34
Section 150A amended (Authorized officers)
Section 150A of the Principal Act is amended as follows: (a) by omitting from
subsection (1) "Chief Executive" and substituting "Secretary" ;
(b) by
omitting from subsection (2) "Chief Executive" and substituting "Secretary" ;
(c) by omitting from subsection (3) "Chief Executive" and substituting
"Secretary" ;
(d) by omitting from subsection (4) "Chief Executive" and
substituting "Secretary" .
