Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is amended by inserting after

Landlord and Tenant Act 1935

in Part 7 the following item:

Motor Vehicle Traders Act 2011

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953 .

Notified in the Gazette on 30 November 2011

This order is administered in the Department of Premier and Cabinet.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the order)

This order amends the Administrative Arrangements Order (No. 2) 2011 to –

(a) assign to the Minister for Corrections and Consumer Protection the administration of the Motor Vehicle Traders Act 2011 ; and

(b) specify that the Department of Justice is responsible to that Minister in relation to the administration of that Act.
